Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
